Where the apartment is situated.
The apartment is situated in a small quiet street only 50 meter from the sandy beach of Rethymnon. In the area it is taverns, shops, supermarket and car and bicycle rentals. The apartment has a small terrace were you can see the sea. The distance to the centre of Rehymnon, is about 20 minutes walk by the beach side. Every half hour it is possible to take a bus into the centre, or you can take a taxi. The taxi stop is 100 meters from the apartment.

The design of the apartment.
The apartment is situated in the first floor, with a private entrance direct to the already mention terrace. The apartment is design as follows: Kitchen with an open solution to the living room, one big bathroom room and one bed room with a double bed. From the kitchen area it is direct entrance to the small terrace. In the living room it is possible to turn one sofa into one bed for one person.

Technical standard.
In both living room and bed room it is installed air condition units. The apartment has central heating system. In the living room it is installed a TV. In the bath room it is installed a wash machine. The apartment is equipped for four persons.

Rental conditions.
The apartment will be cleaned one time every week.
The rental price pr. week is 500 euro.

Number of persons.
The apartment is valid for three persons.

Overall payment conditions.
When you order this apartment, you have to pay 30 % of the total rental cost to Kretaestate. One month before arrival date you have to pay the remaining 70 % of the rental price.
