Our activities are based around the city of Rethymnon, were we also have our office. We only marketing and sell projects that we have participated in the design/development. This is to ensure our clients that our projects have the high standard that we are aiming for.
During our years of house selling in Crete, we have noticed an increasing demand from our buyers, that want to spend their time here in periods such as October to April. To be able to full fill their dream we have introduced a technical standard that we have named “The whole year standard”. These standards have specially focused on the insulation, heating and ventilation design.
