Price and payment conditions.

The following payment schedule is valid:
- If an agreement is made between a buyer and the seller, the buyer has
to pay 5.000 euro as a reservation fee to the seller. The reservation
period is normally 4 to 6 weeks. This is the time that is needed for the
deed to be made ready for final signing. If the buyer should withdraw
from the contract, without any legal reason the reservation fee would
be kept by the seller. If the contract work goes as planned, the reservation
fee will count as a part of the sales price.
- As already stated, the contract work period takes normally 4 to 6 weeks.
After 3 weeks of the contract work period, the whole amount of the sales
price must be available on the buyer Greek bank account. The reason is
that the payment of taxes, VAT, fee to lawyers and notaries and the provision
to kretaestate must be paid before the final deed could be signed.
- Note! In our sales price all taxes, VAT and provision is calculated.
The only extra cost is 4.5 % fee to lawyer and notaries, which is calculated
from the total sales price.
- Note! The cost of connection water and electricity to the house has
to be paid by the buyer, and cannot be done before the final deed is signed.
The cost of connection water and electricity is about 2.200 euro, for
this villa.
